APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIP

The Association is open to all personnel who have, or may, serve on HMS Euryalus at any time.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

(Friends of the Ship)

Associate Membership may be granted to:

      a. Wives/Partners or Widows of members.

      b. Those persons who are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association and assist in the continuance of those objectives.

Friends of the Ship:

       Shall have no voting rights & Shall not be eligible to hold office within the Association.

   

To Apply for Membership go to the FORM page and Key in your information in the Boxes provided.

When you have completed all the Boxes Click on File, Select Print and print the Form.

To EXIT Form click the Left Arrow at top left corner of page
